According to Ahlul Bayt (A) News Agency – ABNA.ir – The French Cabinet agreed with the bill that calls for prohibition of Hejab in public places on Wednesday, setting the stage for presentation of this measure at French Parliament.
Meanwhile, the French President Nicolas Sarkozy has claimed that: "The French government has taken steps which were difficult, but the path chosen is just."
Based on this bill, no one is allowed to wear Hejab and those who do will be fined 150 euros.
